Instructions for Authors

Submission of papers

The abstracts (usually two A4 pages) should be submitted using the
  ConfTool Submission System.
If you are unable to submit the abstract electronically, please contact the conference chair.

Proposals for workshops,  tutorials, thematic sessions and the exhibition also may be submitted in a short form to: golberi@cefetsc.edu.br .

All full papers will be reviewed by the Program Committee.

Instructions for Authors

Your papers will be published in the proceedings CD of the ICBL conference.

Please upload the camera ready copy of your papers via the 
ConfTool Submission System  by the 02 June 2008.

Please follow the format instruction:

• 1. doc, rtf or pdf- file
• 2. orientation: portrait (A4)
• 3. one-column
• 4. single spaced
• 5. figures included
• 6. page numbers beginning with one

Instructions for Poster Presentation

The papers accepted for a poster presentation must all appear as posters in the poster stand area.

The posters will be at display throughout the entire conference.

The poster stand area will be situated in the discussion area. Here, coffee will be served and the conference participants can circulate among the displays during the whole conference.

The posters ought to be attended by the authors during all coffee breaks on all conference days. This should ensure that all participants are given sufficient time to examine the posters and discuss with the authors.

Please follow the instructions below closely:

• 1. Each author is responsible for preparing his/her display. Stands (height: 100cm, width: 70cm.) and tape will be provided by the secretariat.
• 2. In any case limit your display to the sizes indicated above.
• 3. It is recommended that lettering and drawings/ figures should be large enough for easy reading from a distance of 2m.
