COVID-19 Information

Important News

The ICBL2020 conference is organized by McMaster University, located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Due to the current developments relating to the COVID-19 pandemic and McMaster University’s decision to hold Fall courses fully online, the University is unable to host national and international guest visiting the campus for the conference in mid-October. Therefore, the Steering Committee of ICBL2020 has decided to conduct the conference as an online event. The conference will be held at the same time as initially planned: between 14 and 16 October 2020. All authors will have the possibility to give remote presentations, attend other presentations, and interact with all conference participants.

The organizers will ensure the academic quality of the event and its publications. All necessary preparations have started, including the arrangement for the publication of all accepted and presented papers by Springer. The timeline of the submission and review processes is still valid.

In the following weeks, we will continue updating you with the other important updates such as the revised conference fees, and the online environment of the virtual conference.
