Deadlines

Reference time for deadlines is the time displayed in Conftool Submission System! This might be earlier in your timezone! Conftool closes automatically at the deadline.

Preparation

1. Prepare your final paper with the same templates as before (Word and LaTeX)
2. Fill in and sign the Springer CtP (Consent to Publish Form) and save it as PDF
3. Don't upload anything before having checked with this Final Paper Checklist.

Page limits

• Full Paper (10-12 pages)
• Short Paper (max 8 pages)
• Work in Progress, Poster (6-8 pages)

Upload

1. Please upload to Conftool Submission System
   • your final paper in PDF
   • your final paper in MS Word format or all necessary LaTeX source files in a ZIP
   • the Springer CtP
2. check the metadata in Conftool with the Final Paper Checklist

Submission of Late Papers + Special Session Papers

Late Papers and Special Session Papers can still be submitted:
Submit: anonymous complete paper in PDF (late paper: max 12 pages, Special session: min 5 - max 8 pages). Here are the template kits for Word and LaTeX.
